AN EXPERT RECIPE TO HEADACHE
sweet scented oleander flowers ( yerra ganneru poolu ) - 1 part
chengalva kost - 1 part
amla seeds ( vusiri kaya ginjalu ) - 1 part
coriander seeds - 1 part
mix the above all ..,grind well and store..
take 1 spoon mixture ,add 4 spoons water...,boil for 2 minutes...,wait for some time ..at luke warm state ,apply over head..
uses - relieves headache..

take the above in the early morning on empty stomach..,don't eat any thing for 2 hours.... do this for 3 months in a year...,if you have any works to do in the morning ,then drink it at night..
