ghee or sweet oil
jilledu leaves ( gigantic swallow wart ) or amudapu akulu ( castor oil plant leaves )


massage the neck with ghee or oil ..,then bind the leaves to the neck..


uses - relieves neck tightness..,neck moves freely..


RECIPE NO 2 . 


egg gel ( guddu sona )
rock salt ( saindhava lavanam ) 


mix the above ..,grind well ..,make it warm and bind over the neck..


uses - neck tightness will be relieved...
