RECIPE NO 1 . 

FOR PILES

sesame seeds
water
butter

grind the sesames with water and eat with butter

uses - the bleeding will be stopped and piles will be cured

RECIPE NO 2 . 

FOR IRREGULAR MENSUS

sesames juice ( kashayam ( boil in the water till the water reduced to half ))
shonti
pippali
peppers powder

mix the equal parts of above in the kashayam..,and drink

uses - absent mensus will be cured,periods will be regularised

RECIPE NO 3. 

FOR MENSUS PAIN

gingelly oil ( sesame seeds oil )- 2 spoons
milk - 1 glass

mix the above and take for 3 days of mensus

uses - the pain of mensus will be relieved

RECIPE NO 4 . 

FOR DRY COUGH

sesames
sugar candy powder

mix the equal parts of above and eat

uses - dry cough will be cured..

RECIPE NO 5 . 

FOR FIRE  BURNING WOUND

sesames

grind the sesames and apply over the wound

RECIPE NO 6 . 

FOR THORN BITE  ( MULLU KUCHUKUNNACHO )

gingelly oil

apply the oil continuously

uses - the thorn will come out ,pain will be cured..

RECIPE NO 7 . 

FOR COLD FEVER

sesames
ghee

grind the sesames and eat with ghee

uses - cold fever will be cured..

RECIPE NO 8 . 

FOR WOUND OF JEEDI

sesames
butter

mix the above ,grind well and apply over jeedi pundu ( wound )

uses - wound will be cured..

FOR TOOTHACHE

sesames or sesame oil

chew the sesames  or hold the oil in the mouth

uses - toothache will be cured..
