COUGH AND COLD - RAINY SEASON - TIPS

From ancient times ,our people practiced many recipes to cure cold and cough with some kitchen articles. Below are some important recipes. 1.) 2 lemon fruits juice , boiled water - 2 1/2 cups , honey - 1 spoon mix all the above and take daily at night before sleeping. 2.) ginger tea . Ginger pieces - 1.5 inch size , water - 1 cup , sugar- half spoon .
