SAMPANGI FLOWERS/CHAMPAK/FRAGRANT FLOWERS/JOY PERFUME TREE/GOLD FLOWERS - AYURVEDIC USES

1.) sampangi flowers - 4, olive oil - 1 spoon

mix the above and make paste.apply to the head. headache will be cured.
2.) coconut oil - 500 gm , sampangi flowers - 50 gm,mix the above , boil it and massage the body with this oil. body pains will be cured.
3.)sampangi flowers - 5,water - 1 glass, mix the above , boil , make it to half.take twice a day. all the digestive problems will be solved.
4.)sampangi flowers-100 gm,green gram - 20 gm,mix and make powder, use it in bathing. skin will be brightened.
5.) take sampangi flowers, make paste with water,apply this round the eye- cools the eyes.
6.) sampangi flowers - 2, coconut milk - 2 spoons , grind it and apply on spots,pimples,skin - softens skin.
7.) sampangi flowers - handful,add to warm water expose the face to its steam, improves skin brightness.
8.)sampangi flowers  add to warm milk , wait for some time , then add sugar or jaggery , take 1 glass daily. Body will be strengthened .
9.)sampangi flowers - 50 gm,gingelly oil- 200 gm, mix and boil , apply the oil to foot, cracks will be cured
