RECIPE NO 1 . 

neem flowers - 1 part
neem leaves - 1 part

mix the above ,grind well...

take 10 gms above paste with warm water ,twice a day..

gingelly oil - 1 cup
karpuram - 1 tea spoon
    

warm up the oil indirectly ( double boiling method ) , add karpuram...apply this oil over neck ,and do massage...,then take bath with warm water ( shower bath is better )

garlic - 1

daily eat 1 garlic in the morning directly   ...,or take it in the first lump of meal
