RECIPE NO 1 .

RECIPE NO 2 . 

athimadhuram root powder - 1 gm
water - adequate

take the powder with water ,twice a day..

RECIPE NO 3 . 

almonds ( badam ) - 5 - 10

eat daily badam 5 to 10

RECIPE NO 4 . 

almonds - 5-10
milk - 1 cup

soak the almonds in the water  ,remove the peal ,grind well ..,add to the milk ,mix well and drink..

RECIPE NO 5 . 

whole plant juice of thippatheega ( guduchi ) - 10 to 20 ml

take the above twice a day..

RECIPE NO 6 . 

whole plant juice of shankhapushpi  - 10 ml
 honey - adequate

mix the above ,take once a day..
