DR CHIRUMAMILLA RECIPES FOR KNEE PAINS

RECIPE NO 1 . 


shonti - 30 gm
black cumin seeds ( nalla jilukara ) - 30 gm
peppers - 15 gm

mix the above ,grind well and store..

take 1/2 tea spoon mixture with 1/2 cup of water twice a day..


uses - relieves joint pains..


RECIPE NO 2 .


garlic paste - 1 spoon
gingelly oil - 1/2 spoon

mix the above ,take with 1/2 cup of luke warm water ,twice a day..


uses - cures joint pains..
