DR . CHIRUMAMILLA MURALIMANOHAR RECIPES FOR HYPER ACIDITY .

RECIPE NO 1 . 

( green coloured )coconut water -  300 ml

drink the above ,twice a day..

uses - cures hyper acidity

RECIPE NO 2 . 

banana powder - 1 tea spoon
milk - 1/2 cup..

cut the banana in to pieces , dry them and grind in to powder ,take with milk ,twice a day..

uses - cures hyper acidity

RECIPE NO 3. 

amla powder - 1/2 tea spoon
milk - 1/2 glass..

mix the above take twice a day..

RECIPE NO 4 . 

corianders - handful
water

soak the corianders in the water at night ,in the morning ,add 1 spoon sugar ,and drink..

RECIPE NO 5 .

sompu (fennel )seeds powder
cumin seeds powder
coriander seeds powder

mix the equal parts of above and store..

suck and eat 1/2 tea spoon mixture ,when we feel stomachache due to hyperacidity

RECIPE NO 6 .  

vaamu powder - 2 parts
baking soda - 1 part

mix the above and store..

take 1/2 tea spoon with warm water

uses - cures hyper acidity

RECIPE NO 7 . 

cumin seeds powder 
sugar

mix the equal parts of above and store..

take 1/2 tea spoon mixture in the early morning

uses - cures hyper acidity

RECIPE NO 8 . 

ginger juice - 2 spoons
lemon juice - 2 spoons
honey - 2 spoons

mix the above ,take in the early morning on empty stomach for a week days..

RECIPE NO 9 . 

lemon juice - 1 part
ginger juice - 1 part
cumin powder - 1 part
sugar - adequate

mix the above ,boil and make pakam ( a thick gummy substance ) ,get cool and store in a bottle

as per need ,take the above pakam 1 tablespoon with 1/2 cup water..

uses - cures hyper acidity.

RECIPE NO 10 . 

neem bark or leaves
bael fruit pulp

mix the equal parts of above ,grind well

boil 10 gm paste in 1 glass of  water till water is reduced to 1/4 glass ,then filter and drink

uses - cures hyper acidity caused by helicobactor like germs..

RECIPE NO 11 . 

curry leaf powder - 1 tea spoon
salt - 1 pinch

mix the above ,take twice a day for 1 week..
