FOR FACE BRIGHTNESS


RECIPE NO 1. 


oat meal
water

mix the above ..,apply to the face..get wash after 10 minutes with luke warm water

uses - removes dead cells,brightens the face

rice flour - 1 spoon
turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
milk ( not boiled ) - some
tomato pulp - some

mix the above , apply to the face...,get wash after some time

rice flour - 1 spoon
corn flour - 1 spoon
lemon juice - 4 drops


mix the above ..,apply to the face ,rub roundly..
get wash after some time..

cucumber juice ( kheera dosakaya )
cotton

dip the cotton in the juice ,apply on the face twice a day

curd - 1/4 cup
wheat ( godhuma pottu ) - 2 spoons

mix the above ,and apply as pack to the face...get wash after 20 minutes..

egg gel
curd - 1/4 cup

rinse the egg gel till the froath is formed,then mix curd..

apply this to the hair...get wash after 15 minutes

before make up ,rub the face with ice cube..

beetroot juice - 1 cup
venigor - 4 spoons

mix the above ..,apply to the scalp..,after 1/2 an hour take head bath,..

uses - cures dandruff

FOR SILKY HAIR 


white gel of egg
lemon juice - some

mix the above ,apply to the scalp...,after 1 hour take head bath with ayurvedic shampoo..,do this once a week

uses - hair will be silky and hairfall will be stopped..
