RECIPE NO 1 . 

thippatheega whole plant juice - 2 spoons
honey - 1 spoon

mix the above ,and take

dry thippatheega
water - 1 cup


boil the thippatheega in the water..,make it 1/2 cup..,and drink..

RECIPE NO 3 . 

patika ( alum ) powder - 1 part
sugar - 1 part

fry patika ( ponginchadam ) ,grind in to powder ,mix with sugar and store..

take 1 snap mixture with 1 spoon honey ,thrice a dayt..

cumin seeds powder - 1 part
coriander seeds powder - 1 part
sompu seeds powder - 1 part

mix the above ,store..

take 1 spoon mixture ,boil in 1 cup of water.., and drink

RECIPE NO 5 . 

grapes juice - 1 cup
cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tea spoon
sompu seeds powder - 1/2 tea spoon
sandal wood powder ( manchi gandham chekka podi ) - 1/2 tea spoon

mix the above and drink
