RECIPE NO 1. 


RAIN WATER RECIPE


rain water
turmeric


at the time of dusserah festival ,collect the rain water ,store in a vessel


take 1/4 spoon turmeric powder with 1 cup of rain water ,in the early morning with empty stomach for 100 days . .don"t eat any thing for 1 hour ,after this medication ,then follow the below


fried a little shonti - 1 part
fried a little pippali - 1 part
fried a little peppers - 1 part
rock salt - adequate


mix the above and store ..,


take 1/4 spoon mixture ( later increase to 1/2 spoon as per body state ) with 1 spoon of honey ,in the morning after 1 hour of rain water recipe..,and in the night ,before sleeping..




uses - soon , excessive fat will be reduced

WITH DRINKING WATER

don"t drink much water when you feel thirsty . . take 1/2 glass luke warm water added with 1/2 spoon honey . .


hot body persons take twice or thrice a day . kapha ,vatha body persons take 4 ,5 times per day . .


uses - excessive fat will be reduced


RECIPE NO 3 .


 vuttareni leaves juice - 1 litre
gingelly oil - 1 litre

mix the above ,boil well ,till the juice is completely evaporated..,filter and store..

take some oil ,warm up it ,apply over fat belly and other fatty parts ,twice a day ,1 hour before bathing..

uses - excessive fat will be reduced ..,and cures other skin diseases..
