RECIPE NO 1 .

vishnu krantha leaves powder ( evolvulus alsinoides ) ( koyal )
      
take the powder in hukka ,burn and inhale the smoke..

uses - cures asthma

RECIPE NO 2 .

vavili leaves juice ( indian privete )
galnut bark powder - 1/4 kg
rock salt - 20 gm
      
mix the above ,grind and make tablets in the size of pea nuts ..,get dry in the shade and store..

take 1 ,2 tablets with warm water 1/2 an hour before meal..

uses - cures asthma..

* avoid kapha related food.*.

RECIPE NO 3 .

Krishna thulasi vennula powder - 100 gm
fried a little pippali powder       - 50 gm
sugar candy powder              - 800 gm
vasa powder                 -      50 gm


make a mixture with above powders ...take 1/4 to 1/2 spoon with 1 spoon honey ..,one hour before meal..

cures -- long lasting cough and asthma.
