maredu ( boel tree )bark araku rasam ( keep the bark pieces in a pot ,make hole to it ,close the top with cap ,extract the araku with pathala yanthram ) - 3 drops .

mix the above .eat in the early morning

rela kaya nalla gujju ( pudding pipe tree black pulp ) - 10 gm
water - 1/2 litre
mix the above ,boil till water is reduced to 125 ml..,filter and drink once a day..
