DO'S AND DON'TS TO CONTROL HYPER ACIDITY. .

DO'S


1. Drink 1 - 2 glasses of water early morning to stay healthy and acidity - free. .  

2. Eat carbohydrate rich food like rice ,which is easy to digest without any acid formation. . 

3. Eating bananas help prevent the symptoms of acidity and heartburn. 

4. Exercise daily. 

5. Vegetables like sweet potatoes ,carrot and beet root are effective in fighting acidity. . 


DON'TS  . . 

1. Don't eat fried and oily food..

2. Avoid intake of coffee ,tea and soft drinks. . 

3. Avoid eating citrus fruits ,such as sweet lime and oranges , as they have high acid content . .

4. Don't smoke ,or consume alcohol..

5. Avoid late nights ,as inadequate sleep can lead to severe acidity. . 

6. Avoid going to bed immediately after having dinner. .
