DR . ELCHURI REMEDIES TO IMPROVE MOTHER MILK( LACTATING MOTHERS

RECIPE NO 1 .

white cumin seeds - 100 gm
sompu seeds - 100 gm
sugar candy powder - 100 gm


mix the above and store...


eat 1 spoon mixture and drink 1 cup of milk daily..

RECIPE NO 2

satavari roots - 30 gm
milk - 1/2 glass
sugarcandy powder - 1 spoon

grind the roots ,boil in the milk ,till 3 times boil over ( 3 pongulu vachevaraku ) .. filter and  add sugar candy powder ,mixwell and drink  twice a day ..

uses  - improves the milk in the lactating mothers
