patika ( alum ) - 30 gm
curd - 100 gm
take patika in an iron bowl , keep on the stove , heat for some time . .
then grind it in to powder , sieve and store.
take 1 to 2 gm ( as per age and disease severity ) with 100 gm curd or butter milk,in the early morning daily . .,
uses - with in 1 week anaemia will be cured
