1.)  Only avoiding the food that makes you fat helps to become thin and slim ,NOT FASTING..

so don't practice fasting to become slim and thin.
 
2.)  avoid ghee ,sweets ,curd ,meat, fried curries,groundnut oil,potato like vegetables and minumulu..
 
3.)  drink some water ( that stored in a copper vessel for minimum 4 hours ) before taking meal..
 
4.)  drink 1/2 glass luke warm water with 1/2 spoon honey ,regularly in the early morning with empty stomach..
