DR . ELCHURI RECIPES FOR KIDNEY HEALTH ( STONES ,SWELLINGS ,PAINS ETC )
RECIPE NO 1 .
FOR KIDNEY STONES
Vulavalu ( horse gram ) - 100 gm
water - 1 litre
cow ghee - 2 to 4 spoons
rock salt ( saindhava lavanam ) 1/4 spoon
peppers powder - 1/4 spoon
cumin powder - 1/4 spoon
turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
soak the horse gram in the water at night ,in the morning ,boil them till the water reduced to 1/3 part..
then add cow ghee ,rock salt ,peppers powder ,cumin powder ,turmeric powder..mix well..
divide this mixture in to 3 parts and take 3 times in the day i.e. in the early morning with empty stomach ,then in between 3 to 5 pm in the afternoon ,and before sleeping at night..
continue this for minimum 1 to 5 weeks..
uses - eliminates the stones from the kidneys ,urinary bladder ,and urinary tract..
* hot body persons take 1 cup barli water ,half an hour after the above medication...*

FOR KIDNEY SWELLING AND WAIST PAIN..
drink the above prepared juice as much as possible
uses - cures kidney swelling and waist pain..
eating horse gram with roti or bun daily ,eliminates the stones through urine..
horse gram juice increases the bone marrow and reduces vatha ,kapha.
* * CONTINUOUS USAGE OF HORSE GRAM REDUCES THE WEIGHT..* *
FOOD RESTRICTIONS -
TO TAKE - horse gram ,kheera ,karbuja seeds , radish ,amla ,yavalu ,green gram..
along with usage of horse gram drink 6,7 glasses of water..
NOT TO TAKE - spinach ,tomato ,brinjal ,rice ,black gram ( minumulu ) ,chacolate ,tea ,wine ,non veg..
don't resist urination for much time..,avoid continuous sitting in one place for 1 hour and more
uses - stones will be eliminated from the kidneys..

Red onion pieces ,
1/2 litre water ,
sugar ,.
make juice by boiling the onion pieces in the water ..boil till the water content is reduced to 1/4 ltr..then filter ,add one spoon sugar and drink..
uses - solves urinary inflammation problem ,melts the kidney stones, improves semen in the male..,and cleans the uterus in the women..
