RECIPE NO 1. 


White guggilam
honey wax
gingerly oil
raw vasline
soap nut juice..


boil white guggilam ,honey wax in the gingerly oil for some time on SIM FLAME  ,after melting these in the oil ,add raw vasline and mix well.
stop boiling ,get dry in the air..


first brush the cracks with soapnut juice ,wait for some time ,apply the above ointment to the cracks..


do this daily at night before sleeping..


uses - removes cracks ,makes the foot soft..

mango gum ( mamidi jiguru ) 


apply the gum to the foot cracks


uses - cracks will be cured.
