take the equal parts of rock salt and vaamu ,grind in to powder , mix well and store ,

take the mixture in the size of soapnut seed , pack in a cotton cloth , then dip this pocket in gingelly oil ,take out and put inside the vegina after having sex ,then take rest and thin ,weak ,anaemic woman count up to 400 ,the strong woman count up to 600 . .then take out the pocket from vegina. .

do this after every intercourse. .
