manishiladi ghrutham - 200 ml
seethophaladi churnam - 100 gm
mix the above...take 1 spoon mixture ,twice a day..

rasamanikya rasam - 10 - 20 gm
agasthya harithaki - 100 gm
mix the above and store..
take 1 table spoon of above mixture ,twice a day..
