Arka ksheeram ( jilledu paalu ) - 100 gm
ajaksheeram ( meka paalu ) ( goat milk ) - 100gm
nirgundi ( vaavili juice ) - 100 gm
thinthrinee rasam ( tamarind leaves juice ) - 100 gm
gingerly oil ( nuvvula noone ) - 400 gm


boil gingerly oil for some time ,then add above juices and boil again till the juices completely evaporated . then get cool and store in a glass bottle


do massage with this oil to the effected parts . .


uses - cures 80 types of vaatha diseases , paralysed legs and hands , joint pains , hand and leg bendings , lost sense of touch due to spinal card failure
