RECIPE NO 1 .
ashwagandha roots powder ( indian ginseng ) - 50 gm
thella maddi chettu patta ( safed arjun piece ) powder - 50 gm
palleru ( gokshura ) nuts powder - 50 gm
mix the above ,store..
2 spoons mixture boil with 1/2 cup of milk , and 1 glass of water ..,till water is completely evaporated..,filter and drink

RECIPE NO 2 .
sarpagandha root powder ( pathala garudi ) - 50 gm
jatamansi root powder - 50 gm
tulasi leaves powder - 50 gm
mix the above and store..
take 1/2 spoon mixture with honey or with 1/2 cup water
uses - sarpagandha expands blood vessels ,jatamansi ,tulasi ,reduces anxiety and pressure
* maintain proper body weight
* take large quantity of fibres in the food
* salt and fats will be consumed less
* avoid smoking
* avoid alcohol drinking
* do exercise regularly.
