dried in the shade rose petals ( non hybrid ) - 60 gm
water - 2 litres
sugar candy powder - 200 gm
boil the petals in the water till the water reduced to 1 litre ,filter and add sugar candy powder , boil again till dense liquid substance ( letha pakam ) is formed .
take 1 spoon this mixture lehyam with 1 cup of water thrice a day
uses - cures excessive heat ,thirstyness of the body and strengthens the liver .
