WALKING - BENEFITS

1. heart functions perfectly. .

2. prevents heart attack.

4. hdl cholesterol ( good cholesterol ) will be increased , ldl cholesterol ( bad cholesterol ) will be dicreased in the blood.

5. sugar will be decreased in the blood. .diabetes will be controlled . .

WALKING PROCEDURE

Initially walk slowly for 5 minutes . .then increase the speed and walk for 30 minues ,later slow down the speed , slow walk for 5 minutes . .and stop . .make sure to have relax state at all stages of walking . .

3 . weart t shirt and short nicker or wear casual clothings . .
