1. Do exercises like swimming ,walking ,cycling etc regularly during exams. .It does'nt waste your time,exercise for some time infact reduces your tension,stress and anxiety. Exercise plays very important role in reducing stress. .
2. Take nutritious food timely. .and having breakfast is must to the students . . Avoid tea , coffee,and cooldrinks. .prefer fruits. .and juices . .
3. enough revisions should be there in your timetable.
