SANTH ASARAM,SABARMATI REMEDIES FOR MENSUS BLEEDING ( ERRA BATTA )( MENORHAGIA )

RECIPE NO 1. 

mamidi tenka powder  ( the powder of the inner hard part of mango )  - 2 gm
honey - 10 gm

mix the above and eat daily..

uses - cures mensus bleeding..

RECIPE NO 2. 

well ripened banana - 1
ghee   - 5 gm..

 mix the above ..take twice a day..

uses - mensus bleeding will be controlled..

RECIPE NO 3. 

( catechu ) ( khair ) chandra banka - 10 gm
 sugar candy powder - adequate.

soak the chandra banka in the water in the  night..in the morning eat with sugar candy powder ..., daily ..

uses - mensus bleeding will be stopped..

RECIPE NO 4. 

java kusuma buds
milk..

crush the buds in the milk for 10 minutes..and drink..

uses - stops mensus bleeding..

RECIPE NO 5 .

ashoka tree bark or wooden piece powder - 20 gm
milk  - 100 gm
water  - 100 gm

mix the above and boil till the water is completely evaporated..

uses - mensus bleeding will be controlled..

** while medication period..only eat the meal with milk...and ,if suffering from fever ,then practice fasting...so that u can get good result from medication.. **
