KASIVINDA ( KAASAMARDHA ) ( CASSIA OCCIDENTALIS )
Dry kasivinda seeds and make powder and make coffee like preparation and drink daily
RECIPE NO 2.
i) add equal parts of fried asafoetida ( hingu ) ,rock salt to the kantakaari juice and drink ..
ii) get dry the kantakaari kaayalu and make powder ,eat 1,2 gms daily..
RECIPE NO 3.
vempali ( sharpunkha )( tephrosia purpurea ) seeds powder ,add to the hukka and burn ,inhale the smoke..
RECIPE NO 4.
i)dry the ummeththa leaves and fold in the thuniki or moduga leave ,burn and inhale the smoke.
ii) dry the ummeththa root ,and make powder ,eat 1 snap with 1 spoon of honey ,daily..
RECIPE NO 5.
dry the nelathadi gadda peal ,make powder ,eat with honey ..1-1 spoon.
