RECIPE NO 1 . 

nela thangedu powder ( cassia angustifolia )

guntagalagara juice ( eclipta alba )

take the equal parts of above , mix and eat . .once a day

uses - white hair will get black colour

guntagalagara ( bhringaraj ) leaves juice
gingelly oil

boil the leaves juice in the gingely oil till the juice is completely evaporated .

apply this daily to the head . .

kamanchi seeds ( solanum nigrum )
black sesame seeds

take the equal parts of above , grind and extract the oil . .

apply this to the head . .

extract the juice from the plant. .
