SANTH ASARAM TIPS FOR BODY STRENGTH




RECIPE NO 1 .

ashwagandha powder - 1 to 2 gm
amla juice - 10 to 40 ml

mix the above and take for 15 days

uses - body will get strength

RECIPE NO 2 .

lemon juice - 1 fruit
water - 1 glass
kismis - 2


add lemon juice to water . .soak kismis in this water a night

in the morning eat kismis and filter the water and drink.

uses - provides energy to the body

RECIPE NO 3.

turmeric powder - 2 snaps
luke warm water - 1 glass

mix the above and drink in the night daily

uses - makes the body disease free and strength..
