RECIPE NO 1.


 i . peppers powder - 1 part 
curd - 1 part


  mix the above and take twice a day .   uses - cures cold


 ii . peppers powder - 1 spoon
suagar candy powder - 1 spoon


 add the above to hot milk  take twice a day


RECIPE NO  2 . 


hing ( asafoetida )   hing put on the fire sticks and inhale the smoke 


uses - cures cold and cough


RECIPE NO  3 . 


cumin  powder  - 1 part
turmeric powder - 1 part
 jaggery - 1 part


 mix the above and grind well , pack in the cloth ,inhale the smell


 uses - cures cold and head weight

vaamu ( carum capticum )  


fry the vaamu on pan , and pack in the cloth , inhale the smell .

chunam - 1 part ,
navasaagaram  - 1 part


 mix the above , pack in a cloth and inhale the smell


 uses - cures cold and cough . .
