FOOD AFTER DELIVERY - WHAT TO TAKE AND WHAT NOT TO TAKE?

A few very important food tips we have to follow after delivery.These are very helpful to both mother and children health.Hence one must aware about these instructions.
1.Better to avoid coffee for some months.take milk products directly.
2.Gas producing food things- Avoid excessive fibre containing food.i.e.avoid capsicum, brinjal, radish etc. vegetables.All these are gas promoting food things.children also may face problems with these things.
3.Avoid citrus fruits as they cause cold. cesarean patients may take food on the suggestion of doctors to motion free life.
4.Avoid junk food,harmful calories may transfer to children threw mothers milk.
5.Avoid spicy food..green chilly , red chilly etc...
6.Avoid chocolates. they induce sleep due to sweetness.
7.Keep control on usage of garlic.
