FLUID RETENTION IN THE BODY - HOW TO AVOID IT?

We drink water regularly, and the glands sends out the water from our body,this process goes on continuously .Some times water reatained in the tissues ,it leads to water imbalance in thye body.This is called fluid retention.We must know the causes to it and take curative actions to keep our body fit.

Causes for fluid retention in our body - 
1.Dehydration - drink water sufficiently to avoid dehydration
2.Excessive salt consumption - keep control on salt consumption.
3.Vitamin B 6 deficiency.- take banana ,tuna fish,potato,sunflower seeds, chicken to avoid b6 deficiency
4.Megnicium  defficiency- Take brocholi/palakoora,nuts,dry fruits to avoid Mg deficiency.
5.Consumption of processed food.- stop consumption of processed food as it contains salt and sugar,take fresh fruits and vegetables.
