DR. CHIRUMAMILLA RECIPES WITH JOWAR ( JONNALU )

1 . FOR TIREDNESS DUE TO SUMMER HEAT.

jowar flour
sugar - adequate
water - adequate

make wet jowar with some water , then fry them and make jowar maramara  , grind these into flour , add water and sugar , boil for some time ,  make jaava ( sweet dish ) and eat this.

uses  -  reduces excessive body heat , and works as supportive medicine to diseased children and old age people.

2 . FOOD FOR DIABETIC PATIENTS.

jowar  crystallized  flour

grind the jowar , make flour , cook like meal and eat.

uses  -  controls diabetes

3 . FOR BODY STRENGTH 

jowar flour

make buns ( rotis ) with jowar flour and eat regularly..

uses  -  fat formation in the body will be controlled and strengthens the body.

4 . FOR BODY HEAT

boiled rice
water
jowar flour
salt

boil the water ,then add boiled rice , jowar flour and salt , mix well , make like thick paste. then make luke warm lumps and eat

uses  -  controls excessive heat.
