RECIPES TO PREVENT HAIR FALL AND DANDRUFF

1. lemon juice
    venigor

take the above in equal parts ,mix and apply to the scalp ..after some time ,take head bath with an ayurvedic shampoo..

2. fenugreek seeds

soak some fenugreek seeds in the water at night..in the morning grind them in to paste ..and apply to the scalp

after 45 minutes take head bath with an ayurvedic shampoo..

3. coconut oil

massage the head with luke warm coconut oil minimum twice a week..

4. thulasi leaves
     amla powder

grind thulasi leaves ,add amla powder equal to this..,mix and apply to the head ..,take head bath after 1/2 an hour..

5. grind white hibiscus flowers ( thella mandaram poolu ) in to paste ,apply to the scalp ..,take head bath after 1/2 an hour..

6. apply blue bhringaraj oil daily and always keep the scalp wet..

7. apply aloevera gel to the scalp ,take head bath after 1/2 an hour.

8. amla powder - 30 gm
    athimadhuram powder  - 20 gm
    brahmi  - 10 gm
    bhringaraj  - 10 gm

take the above in to a metal bowl ,add some water ,soak for some time ,then mix well ..

apply this paste to the head..get wash after 1 hour..

9. black gram
    fenugreek seeds

take the equal parts of the above ,add water and boil for some time...,after crush with hands in to paste

apply to the head..take head bath after 1/2 an hour..

RECIPES FOR HAIR GROWTH

TO REDUCE PITTA DOSHAM AND IMPROVE HAIR GROWTH FOLLOW THE BELOW..

1. drink 1 spoon of aloevera juice thrice a day
       or
  add some cumin powder to 1 spoon of aloevera gel ,take thrice a day..

2. apply coconut oil to the heels ( madamalu ) of legs ,and apply and massage to the head..

               or
  apply blue bhringaraj oil ( with out flavours ) to the head at night..

                or
apply brahmi oil to the head at night..

3. gorinta leaves ( henna ) - 4 spoons 
    mustard oil - 1 cup

boil henna leaves in the mustard oil for some time ,then filter and store..

daily apply this to the head and apply to the bald head..

4. add some lemon juice to the coconut oil and apply to the head   
                                   or
apply coriander juice  ,and take bath after some time..

5. fenugreek seeds powder ( menthi podi )
    water.

grind the powder with water in to paste..
apply to the head..after 45 minutes wash with cool water..

for better results ,apply this at night then cover the head with cloth ,in the morning get wash..

6. daily eat a handful of white sesame seeds and eat curd with meal..
