Working on the computers for many hours continuously ,will cause pain and numbness in the fingers and in the wrist.this is called carpal tunnel syndrome,to get relief from this syndrome ..
1.practice yoga and meditation
2.drink water suffeciently
3.use raw pulses and raw rice to cook food..,these will reduce swelling..
4 use honey instead of sugar
5. deficiency of vitamin b-6 leads to this syndrome,hence take vitamin b-6 rich food
6. consume spinach ( paalakura ),capsicum ( mirchi ) ,cauliflower ,turnip greens ,garlic ,mustard ,banana ,cabbage......,mostly prefer vegetarian food ,controlled ,limited eating is advisible .consult a doctor and use pain relieving ayurvedic oils
7. follow acupuncture and acupressure ,these will provide energy to the fingers..
