ghee
honey
marri paalu

fry a little piece of asafoetida in the ghee ,and grind into the powder ,add honey and marri paalu to this..

take this for continuously 40 days in the early morning..

Uses - frigidity will be cured.

SOLUTION TO RESTORE SEXUAL DESIRE IN THE MIDDLE AGE.

 nela thaadigaddalu ,thippasaththu , doolagondi seeds ,palleru kaayalu , boorugu banka , usirikaayala olupu ,ashwagandha

collect the available things of above and take in equal parts ,make the powder and mixture..

take 2 spoons with sugar and ghee in the early morning with empty stomach ,later drink milk..
