amaranth juice - 1 big spoonful
turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon

mix the above and apply to the face .wash off after 1/2 an hour.

amaranth juice - 1 cup
honey - 1 spoon
ilaichi powder - 1/4 spoon

mix the above and drink daily.

uses - the child in the pregnancy will grow healthily.provides strength to the pregnant woman ( drink daily after confirmation of  conceiving ).delivery will be easy.this is a good tonic for growing children
