RECIPE FOR GAS PROBLEM

vaamu seeds - 1 tea spoon
water - 2 cups

fry the vaamu seeds ,untill their colour turned in to red. then add water and boil . make it 1 cup.

take this 1 0r 2 times in a day.

uses - gas problem will be solved.

RECIPE FOR COLD.

grind the vaamu , pack in a cloth .., smell it forcefully.

uses - cures cold.

RECIPE FOR BONE DISTURBANCE ( BENUKU )

vaamu - 1 part
salt - 1 part
turmeric powder - 1 part
gingelly oil - 1 part
wheat flour - 1 part

mix all the above , grind well , make paste..

apply and bind over effected bone part.

uses - relieves pain.
