DR. CHIRUMAMILLA MURALIMANOHAR RECIPES WITH GROUNDNUTS

RECIPE FOR CHILDREN'S BODY STRENGTH

i.)
ground nuts
jaggery - adequate.
sugar - adequate.
water - adequate.

fry the ground nuts , then boil the sugar and jaggery in water,make paakam ( semisolid liquid ) ,add groundnuts to this paakam ,make biscuits like. eat these daily.

uses  - children muscles will be improved they get iron ,and grow healthily.

ii.)

groundnuts powder - 100 gm
jaggery powder - 100 gm
milk - 1 cup

mix the above powders and store.

take 1 spoon powder with milk daily.

uses - children will get strength.

RECIPE FOR STRONG TEETH

raw ground nuts
salt - some

eat groundnuts with some salt.

uses - teeth will be strong,and enamel will be protected.

RECIPE FOR WEAK BODY.

groundnuts
ghee
jaggery

fry the groundnuts in the ghee. mix jaggery ,make round balls ( laddus ),and eat regularly.

uses - body weakness will be cured.

* the small tongue like particle will be removed from the groundnuts,that lies in the middle part of the groundnut. this particle is poisonous in nature.*
