AYURVEDIC RECIPE


Ingredients -

vacha powder - 10 gm
lodduga chekka powder - 10 gm
rock salt - 10 gm
mustard powder - 10 gm


Procedure - mix all the above contents. store in a bottle. take 1/4 tea spoon mixture in a plate, add some water , make paste , then apply on the pimples at night before sleeping, and in the morning wash off with sunni pindi or oats flour.


Uses - with in 10 days pimples problem will be solved.

Ingredients -

almond seeds - 5
lemon juice - 1 tea spoon


Procedure - soak the almonds in the cool water for 1 hour .then grind in to paste.add lemon juice ,mix well and apply on the face. wash off after 15 minutes with luke warm water.


Uses - pit holes on the face will be cured.

Ingredients -

tomato pulp - 1 table spoon
butter milk - 1 table spoon


Procedure - mix the above in a bowl , make paste apply on the pit holes. wash off with warm water after 15 minutes.then wash the face with some cool drops of water.


Uses - cures pit holes of the face.

Ingredients -

white gel of the 1 egg
camphor - 1 pinch


Procedure - mix the above in a bowl. apply it on the face. wash off with warm water after 15 minutes.then wash with some cool water.


Uses - pit holes will be closed.

Ingredients :

peppers powder - 100 gm
shonti powder - 100 gm
cumin seeds powder - 100 gm
somph seeds powder - 100 gm
black salt powder - 100 gm
vamu powder - 50 gm
boiled over hing powder - 25 gm
drum stick bark juice - adequate
lemon juice - adequate

Procedure - take all the above , mix well , grind and make paste. make tablets in the size of soapnuts. dry them in the shade and store. take 1 tablet twice a day with warm water.


Uses - this recipe cures all the digestive system problems except ulcers.

Ingredients -

galnut powder - 50 gm
rock salt - 50 gm

Procedure - mix the above.store in the glass bottle.take 1/2 tea spoon powder twice a day with warm water after meal.


Uses - improves digestion capacity.
