jaggery juice - 1/2 glass
peppers powder - 1/4 spoon

mix the above and take.


uses - cures tiredness, and improves appetite.







2 . RECIPE FOR PHYSICAL WEAKNESS


contents - 

curd - 1 cup
jaggery - 5 gm

mix the above and eat daily.


uses - physical weakness will be cured. this is a good tonic for growing children
