SIMPLE WEIGHT REDUCTION DRINK

To reduce our weight we must take the food that improves our body metabolism.The below mentioned health drink taken with empty stomach in the early morning reduces our body weight successfully.

Required things - 1 banana , leafy vegetables - handful,protein powder - 2 tea spoons,coconut milk - 1/2 cup,ice cubes - 2

Preparation method-
1.take banana,leafy vegetables,some protein powder into mixy,grind for some time.
2.then add coconut milk , protein powder and grind again for some time.
3.Fill the glass with this juice , add ice cubes and drink in the early morning regularly. weight will be reduced successfully.
