TURMERIC JUICE - HOW TO PREPARE AND USE?

Turmeric prevents cancer cells production in the body.Reduces the intensity of forgetfulness(alzheimers).Reduces bad cholesterol.Protects the skin from cancer.So many health benefits are there with turmeric .To get all these benefits from turmeric ,prepare turmeric juice and have it daily.

water - 4 cups
Fresh turmeric powder - 2 table spoons
Honey - 4 table spoons
Lemon juice - 1 1/2 tea spoons.

Mix all the above in mixer and drink it daily.

LOW SUGAR OR NO SUGAR

Sugar usage is one of cause that accumulates fat at stomach.Sugar usage causes hormonal imbalance.causes tiredness,harms skin,Hence we must control sugar usage in our life.

1. Avoid cool drinks, fruit juices contain sugar. these leads to type 2 diabetes ( 83% more chances )
2.Use cinnamon instead of sugar.sweetness of it replaces sugar sweetness.its usage controls the sugar levels.
3.Avoid sauces usage.
4.Brush your teeth twice a day.Mint flavour of the tooth paste controls our mind and diverts from sugar food things.
5.Avoid the sugar of the fruits ( fructose ).keep fruit pieces in the water for some time. then drink the water only.
