gular fig fruits powder - 100 gm
sugar candy powder - 100 gm
honey - 50 gm
       
mix the above and store..


take 10 gm mixture twice or thrice ( as per need ) a day..

sugandhapala roots powder ( sarsaparilla ) - 5 gm
athimadhuram powder - 5 gm
sandal wood powder - 5 gm
water - 1 glass

boil the above in the water,make it half glass ,filter it ,make it cool ,then add below

ghee - 1 spoon
honey - 1/2 spoon
sugar candy powder - 1 spoon

mix well and drink twice a day...

uses - cures excessive mensus bleeding

amla powder - 1 tea spoon
honey - 1 tea spoon

mix the above ,take twice a day..

uses - cures excessive bleeding

DR . ELCHURI RECIPE FOR ABSENT MENSTRUATION

RECIPE 


radish ( mullangi dumpa )  - 1
water - 1/2 litre


get dry the radish pieces and store..


cut 1 radish in to pieces  ,boil in the water till water is reduced to quarter ( paavu vanthu ( 125 ml ))
filter and add some sugar candy powder ,drink in the early morning daily..


uses - absent  mensus will be resumed..

vayu vidangala powder - 1/2 spoon
water - 1 glass

mix the bove and boil till water is reduced to 1 cup  ,filter and drink..

neem bark powder - 1 /2 spoon
old jaggery - 20 gm

water - 1/4 litre

mix the above and boil till water is reduced to half..,filter and drink in the early morning..

uses - absent  mensus will be regularised..,stop the usage when problem is solved..

fried a little shonti powder - 100 gm
fried a little pippai powder - 100 gm
fried a little peppers powder - 100 gm
fried a little black sesames powder - 100gm




mix the above , filter through cloth and store


take 5 gm with 1 cup of water twice a day


uses - fibroids problem will be solved , bleeding will be controlled .

mix the above and take with 1 cup of water twice

castor oil plant leaf 

grind the leaves some..and bind over the belly with cloth in the night ,remove in the morning..

water - 1 glass


boil the leaves in the water till water reduced to 1 cup..filter and drink daily..

uses - purifies the uterus ,regularises the periods..
