pudina powder ( the marsh mint )
water


get dry the pudina leaves in the shade...grind in to powder and store..


take some powder ,grind with water ..make paste ...apply on the bald head in the night...and get wash in the morning..


uses - new hair will grow on the bald head..,hair fall will be stopped....and hair will be strong..

  i.  mullangi juice( radish )

      guntagalagara leaves juice

mix the equal parts of radish juice and guntagalagara leaves juice ..
apply and massage well over bald head in the night..and in the morning get wash with soapnut juice..

ii . practice sarvaangaasanam ,mathsyaasanam ,vushtraasanam..

iii. guntagalagara leaves powder
    black sesame seeds powder ( nalla nuvvula podi )

    vusirika ( amla powder )

take the above in equal parts and mix well ..

take 1 spoon mixture with 1 spoon honey twice a day

uses - new hair will grow on the bald head..

RECIPE 


Neem leaves  - 1 handful


take 1 handful of neem leaves ,grind some time and add to 1 glass of water ,boil till the water reduced to 1/8 part,filter and make it cool
and apply to the heda at luke warm state .wait for half an hour ,then take head bath with soapnut or shikakay
do this once in a week


uses - cures dandruff..

ganneru leaves ( sweet scented oleander ) - 10 
water - 1 glass

grind the leaves ,boil in the water till water reduced to 1/4 glass..filter it

at luke warm state ,apply this juice to the head ,take bath after some time..

uses - cures dandruff ,boils in the head , and itchings..,make sure that juice should not touch the eyes..

 GOKSHEERA SEVANAM


Daily take cow milk with meal thrice or 4 times per day .
eat gunta gala gara pickle ,mirchi powder made up of black sesame seeds  with meal regularly.

 VEPA NOONE NASYAM


neem oil


add 2 drops of neem oil in to each nostrils and inhale ,twice a day ,1 hour before meal..
