sweet scented oleander flowers ( yerra ganneru poolu ) - 1 part
chengalva kost - 1 part
amla seeds ( vusiri kaya ginjalu ) - 1 part
coriander seeds - 1 part

mix the  above all ..,grind well and store..

take 1 spoon mixture ,add 4 spoons water...,boil for 2 minutes...,wait for some time ..at luke warm state ,apply over head..

uses - relieves headache..

almonds - 2
small ilaichi - 2
rose flower - 1
kuskus - 1/2 spoon
water - adequate

take the above in a small earthen bowl..,soak for a whole night ..,in the morning ,remove the peal from almonds ..,then mix all and grind well,then add 1 cup of milk and 1 spoon of sugar candy powder...,mix well and drink
