forest almond ( adavi badam )

grind the above in to pulp ...,apply to the head ..,take bath after 1  hour with sikakay or soapnut..

datura leaves juice ( vummetta akula rasam )

apply the juice to the head only as it has poisonous nature ..,take bath after some time.

patika podi ( alum powder ) - 3 gm
water - 1/2 litre

mix the above and apply to the head..

seethaphalam ginjala podi ( custard apple seeds powder)
water

mix the above ,grind well ,make paste ..apply to the head ,at night ,bind with towel..
in the morning ,remove it ,take bath..

make sure that the paste should not touch the eyes as it is a poisonous substance..

if the seeds are not available ..,grind the seethaphal leaves ,bind it to the head..

mustard oil - 8 tea spoons
water - 1 cup

mix the above and boil on simflame ,till the oil only remain in the bowl ,filter it and store..

apply this oil to the head..

malkangini bark powder - 1/2 tea spoon
mustard oil - adequate..

fresh ginger pieces - 1/2 spoon
cinnamon pieces ( dalchina chekka palukulu ) - 1/2 spoon
ilaichi powder - 1 snap
water - 1 cup
milk - 1/4 cup

boil the water..,add ginger ,cinnamon ,ilaichi ,then close with cap ..,wait for 5 minutes ..,then stop the stove ..

filter it ,add milk and drink..

uses - improves appetite,cures vomiting sesation ,vomitings ,bad odour of the mouth ,obesity ,and diabetes.

coconut inner part ( pachi kobbari )
water
seedsless dates ( kharjuralu ) - 15


cut the coconut in to pieces ..,add water ,grind well ,make coconut milk..

soak the dates in the above milk for 1 hour..then grind this mixture..,add some water if needed..

then drink this juice..
