milk or meegada ( that floats over the milk )


apply the abover to the skin..


uses - dry skin gets smooth and softness


RECIPE NO 2 .


FOR FOLDS OF SKIN OF HANDS


bengal gram flour
milk ( not boiled )
meegada ( that floats over the milk )


mix the above ..,apply to the skin and do massage..


uses - removes the folds ,skin gets smoothness..

DR . CHIRUMAMILLA RECIPE FOR DIABETES

RECIPE 


maredu leaves powder - 50 gm
neem leaves powder - 50 gm
thulasi leaves powder - 50 gm
peppers powder - 50 gm


mix all the above and store


take 1 gm ,twice a day for 3 months


uses - controls diabetes

DR . CHIRUMAMILLA RECIPES FOR DIABETES

RECIPE NO 1 . 

thippasattu ( guduchi sathvam ) - 60 gm
chandanam powder - 10 gm
lemon grass root powder - 10 gm
vatti veru powder _ 10 gm
cloves powder - 10 gm
shudha shilajit powder - 10 gm


mix all the above . . fill this mixture in to 500 mg capsules ,

take 1 capsule twice a day for 45 days

uses - controls diabetes

RECIPE NO 2 . 

nela vusirika plant
peppers - 20

mix the above ,grind well and eat daily

uses - controls diabetes

RECIPE NO 3. 

mamidi jeedi - 50 gm
neredu seeds - 50 gm
bitter gourd ( kakara kayalu ) - 50 gm
podapathri leaves - 50 gm

mix the above powders and store

take 5 gm mixture with water , thrice a day

uses - controls diabetes

RECIPE NO 4 . 

nela vemu ( kirathathiktha ) whole plant powder - 50 gm
nela vusirika whole plant powder - 50 gm
neredu seeds - 50 gm
neem leaves - 50 gm
arjuna ( thella maddi ) stem bark powder - 50 gm
maredu leaves powder - 50 gm
shilajith powder - 50 gm

mix the above and fill in 500 mg capsules ,take 1 capsule twice a day for 9 months

uses - controls diabetes

RECIPE NO 5 . 

 neredu seeds - 50 gm
pedda manu patta ( beejasara ) - 50 gm
attichettu bark powder ( fig/mediu pandu) - 50 gm
podapathri leaves powder - 50 gm
kakara kayala powder ( bitter gourd ) - 50 gm
thulasiu leaves powder - 50 gm
shudha shilajit powder - 50 gm

mix the above and fill in 500 mg capsules , take 1 capsule thrice a day for 6 months

uses - controls diabetes..
